How to Arrange a Return

  1. Complete the Returns Form by clicking here. Once completed, our team will review the request within 48 hours and email you with further instructions. Please check your spam or junk email for an email from info@a-flex.co.uk confirming your return request.

  2. If you can't complete the Returns Form, initiate your return by contacting us at info@a-flex.co.uk. Our team will provide guidance and the necessary details to complete a return.

  3. Return Window: The Returns Form must be completed within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unmarked, undamaged, with all original accessories and packaging.

  • Proof of return, such as a tracking number or postage receipt, is required.

Review and Confirmation Process

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the item is reviewed, followed by the processing of your refund if the return meets our conditions.

Warranty Policy

A-FLEX is committed to providing high-quality products and backs the A-FLEX PRO with a 1-year warranty, ensuring protection against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions, following the provided maintenance instructions.

Warranty Coverage

​

  • The warranty covers the A-FLEX PRO for 1 year from the purchase date against manufacturing defects, including issues with adhesives, cracks in components, or breakdown of materials when used as intended.

  • Coverage includes specific problems such as adhesive breakdown, cracks in the Mobilising Platform or Tread, silicone strap breakdown, and loose stitching.

Exclusions

​

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches, colour fading, minor deformations, or softening of materials.

  • Excluded from coverage are damages resulting from neglect of maintenance instructions, improper cleaning, water exposure, misuse, and exceeding the product’s specifications (e.g., maximum foot size UK 4-15 and 150 kg weight limit).

  • Warranty is void if maintenance guidelines are not followed. Maintenance Instructions.

Warranty Claim Process

​

  1. Fill out the online Warranty Claim Form by clicking here. Please provide your contact details, order number and a detailed description along with photographic evidence of the defect if possible.

  2. Our team will assess your claim for eligibility and inform you of the decision. We will be in contact in due course if we require additional information, for example proof of purchase. 

  3. Approved claims will result in the repair or replacement of the affected part or component. Note: Full unit replacement is not guaranteed.

  4. Instructions for returning the defective unit will be provided upon claim approval.

Shipping Costs

​

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the defective unit for evaluation.

  • A-FLEX covers return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

Additional Terms

  • This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Proof of purchase is required to validate a warranty claim.
