Estimated Delivery Time for UK Orders

For orders placed and shipped within the UK, we will deliver your order using a 48 Hour Tracked Service. Delivery is usually 2-3 business working days.

Orders will typically be dispatched and delivered within 48 hours (2 business days M-F) if the order is placed before 16:00 GMT.

You will receive a tracking number and order confirmation email containing the details of your order. If you should have any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out to a member of the A-FLEX support team on info@a-flex.co.uk who will be more than happy to assist you.

International Orders

We're currently unable to fulfil international orders as standard, but we're working hard behind the scenes to introduce international shipping.

What to Expect After Placing your Order

Here at A-FLEX, we hope to provide a seamless experience from when you place your order, to your first use of your new A-FLEX!

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an additional shipping confirmation email which will contain all the tracking information.

Need to Make Changes?

If you're required to make a change to your order for any reason (order quantity, address change, contact details, etc.) then please contact a member of the A-FLEX support team on info@a-flex.co.uk who will be happy to support and investigate your query. Please submit this email as soon after checkout as possible to guarantee that we can make the required changes to your order.

Lost & Damaged Claims

We'd be happy to support your claim should your order be lost, stolen or damaged. For UK orders, this will be through the Shipper Claims Centre. Unfortunately, we're unable to support international claims currently.
