  • What is the A-FLEX PRO?
A-FLEX is a device designed to replicate the highly effective Mobilisation With Movement (MWM) treatment on the ankle. MWM helps the talus bone of the foot glide underneath the tibia of the shin. It is used to increase ankle range of motion and has huge amounts of evidence for it's effectiveness in increasing dorsiflexion. Until now, MWM has required cumbersome self-help techniques or time-intensive treatments with a qualified clinician. A-FLEX is the world's first device for replicating MWM treatment on the ankle. It provides a cost-effective, self-help way for athletes, coaches and individuals to maximise and improve their ankle range of motion. With a highly portable design that can be taken anywhere, and benefits seen within 30 seconds of usage per ankle, the A-FLEX is fast-becoming a key tool for warm-ups and recovery in Professional Sports and Rehab Settings.

The A-FLEX PRO's Mobilisation Strap has been specifically designed to allow ultimate pressure control depending on your patient's needs. The inelastic, but adjustable strap allows the patient to set the pressure to a comfortable level. If they have particularly sore ankles, we encourage use of the Ultracomfort Sleeve or wearing thick socks works just as well to relieve some pressure.
