A-FLEX Use Disclaimer

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care provider before undertaking any new exercise or physical fitness program.

As with all exercise programs and the use of fitness equipment, do not go beyond your limits and exercise common sense while using this product. Increase your tolerance to A-FLEX gradually with time, building pressure as tolerated.

Take your time, breathe, feel, and "listen" to your body. If the pressure from your body weight on the strap of A-FLEX is too strong, try wearing a sock, or placing a towel over your foot to soften the pressure. Your A-FLEX comes with a comfort sleeve which should be used in case discomfort is felt.  If you feel pain, stop using it and seek the advice of a qualified medical professional before restarting use. Do not use your full body weight/pressure. Use the A-FLEX only as instructed. Other uses are not recommended. Only use A-FLEX with one foot at a time. Always use the A-FLEX on a level surface in an open space away from furniture, walls, or other equipment.  Inspect the floor surface for any small objects that could damage the A-FLEX. Take extra care when getting into position for A-FLEX. Use only where there is sufficient grip between the A-FLEX and the floor to avoid slipping. Hold on for balance whilst using the A-FLEX device.

Not appropriate for users under the age of 18. Adult supervision is required whenever a child is near the device.  Azzurro Training Products Ltd. assumes no liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur with the use of the A-FLEX device.
