​1. Programme Overview

​

The Plantar Fascia Fix™ is an educational and exercise-based programme created by Azzurro Training Products Ltd. It includes:

​

  • The Explanation – a free educational resource designed to help participants understand the underlying causes of plantar fascia pain, and

  • The Complete Fix – a structured, paid rehabilitation plan designed to provide step-by-step guidance based on evidence-based physiotherapy principles.

​

The programme is intended for adults experiencing symptoms consistent with plantar fasciopathy (plantar fascia pain or “plantar fasciitis”) who have received a confirmed diagnosis from a suitably qualified healthcare provider (e.g. GP, physiotherapist, sports doctor, or podiatrist).

2. Important Medical Disclaimer

​

By enrolling in The Plantar Fascia Fix™ (including The Explanation or The Complete Fix), you acknowledge and agree that:

​

  • The programme does not constitute medical advice, physiotherapy treatment, or a substitute for in-person consultation with a healthcare professional.

  • You have received a confirmed diagnosis of plantar fasciopathy (also known as plantar fascia pain or plantar fasciitis) from a registered healthcare provider prior to participation.

  • You understand that the exercises, education, and guidance within the programme are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

  • You remain responsible for your own health and safety while completing the programme.

If you experience:

​

  • Worsening pain,

  • New or unusual symptoms (e.g. swelling, numbness, pins and needles, joint locking, or pain at rest), or

  • Any pain beyond mild and expected discomfort during exercise,

​

you must stop the programme immediately and seek assessment from your GP, physiotherapist, or another registered medical professional.

​

3. Limitation of Liability

​

Azzurro Training Products Ltd, its directors, affiliates, and representatives accept no liability for:

​

  • Any injury, aggravation, or loss arising from participation in The Plantar Fascia Fix™,

  • Any failure to consult or follow the advice of your healthcare professional,

  • Any misdiagnosis or incorrect self-identification of plantar fascia pain, or

  • Any actions or decisions made based on the information contained in the programme.

​

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azzurro Training Products Ltd disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use of this programme.

4. Intellectual Property

​

All materials within The Plantar Fascia Fix™ — including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, assessments, tools, software, and downloadable resources — are the intellectual property of Azzurro Training Products Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
 

Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the programme materials solely for their own educational and non-commercial purposes.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, shared, or publicly displayed without prior written consent from Azzurro Training Products Ltd.
 

As of May 2025, the following are trademarks of Azzurro Training Products Ltd:

Goldilocks Zone™, Recovery Pyramid™, Plantar Fascia Fix™, Return to Running Blueprint™, and Rapid Relief™.

A-FLEX is a registered trademark of Azzurro Training Products Ltd.
 

All rights are reserved.

Any unauthorised use of these trademarks or materials may result in legal action.

5. Eligibility and Use

​

Participation is intended for individuals aged 18 and over.


You agree to use the programme materials for your personal use only, in accordance with the educational intent of the content.


You must not resell, repackage, or distribute any part of the programme.

6. Results and Outcomes

​

Individual results may vary.


While the programme is built on published research and clinical experience, outcomes depend on multiple factors, including adherence, load management, underlying health conditions, and individual variability.

Completion of the programme does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

​

For The Complete Fix, refunds are covered under the Results Guarantee as set out in our separate policy.


No refunds are offered for The Explanation (free educational resource).

8. Data and Privacy

​

By submitting your details to access The Plantar Fascia Fix™, you consent to receiving educational and support emails from Azzurro Training Products Ltd related to your participation in the programme.


Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

9. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.


Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Plantar Fascia Fix™ Results Guarantee

The Plantar Fascia Fix™ Results Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

​

We want you to feel confident in your investment. That’s why we offer a Results Guarantee: if you complete the programme as designed and do not experience meaningful improvement in your heel pain, you may request a full refund of the programme fee (minus any third-party processing charges).

​

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By purchasing and participating in The Plantar Fascia Fix™, you agree to these terms.

​

1. Eligibility

​

The guarantee applies only to purchases of The Plantar Fascia Fix™ – Part 2 (Paid Programme) made through our official website.

​

The guarantee is valid for 8 weeks from the date of purchase (the duration of the programme).

​

To qualify, you must have:

  • Completed all 8 weeks of the programme as designed.

  • Followed the recommended daily and weekly exercises, progressions, and load management strategies.

  • Used the Goldilocks Zone™ Tracker or equivalent activity logging to demonstrate reasonable adherence (minimum 71% adherence average/week which is equivalent to 5/7 days).

2. Definition of “Meaningful Improvement”

​

We define “meaningful improvement” as a noticeable reduction in pain and/or an improvement in functional ability (e.g., walking, standing, or light exercise) compared to your baseline at the start of the programme.

​

Improvement will be self-reported by the participant via the Refund Request Form.

​

3. Exclusions

​

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

​

  • You did not complete the full 8-week programme.

  • You did not use the Goldilocks Zone™ Tracker or equivalent activity logging to monitor your progress.

  • You significantly deviated from the prescribed programme (e.g., stopped early, modified exercises beyond recognition, or failed to complete weekly progressions).

  • Your heel pain is due to a different diagnosis that would not reasonably be expected to respond to this programme (e.g., fracture, systemic illness, inflammatory arthritis).

  • You submit a refund request outside the guarantee window (more than 10 working days after programme completion).

  • This guarantee applies only to heel pain due to plantar fascia overload. It does not apply where symptoms arise from unrelated conditions or structural pathologies.

4. Refund Process

​

To request a refund, you must:

​

  • Complete and submit the Refund Request Form (see below).

  • Confirm that you followed the programme in full.

  • Provide information on your current symptoms and functional status.

  • Acknowledge that you have been advised to consult your GP or healthcare provider for further assessment if heel pain persists (e.g., ultrasound, MRI).

​

We may request reasonable information to verify adherence (e.g., screenshots of the Goldilocks Zone™ Tracker or equivalent logs).

​​

Once received, your request will be reviewed. If approved, we will issue a full refund of the programme fee within 10 working days, minus any non-refundable transaction fees (e.g., Stripe or PayPal charges), to the original payment method used for purchase.

​

5. Limitation of Guarantee

​

The Results Guarantee applies once per customer and is not transferable.

​

Refunds apply only to the cost of the programme. They do not extend to any related expenses (e.g., footwear, supplements, orthotics, devices, consultations, or other services).

​

We reserve the right to deny a refund if we reasonably believe the guarantee is being misused or abused.

​

6. Governing Law

​

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
